摘 要:目的 探讨大学生心理韧性与创业意愿的现状及二者的关系。方法 使用心理韧性量表和创业意愿量表对309名吉林省大学生进行问卷调查。结果 大学生心理韧性总分为(75.9±5.4)分,创业意愿总分为(36.4±9.0)分,心理韧性在性别和是否独生子女上差异无统计学意义;创业意愿在是否独生上差异无统计学意义,但是女大学生在创业可行性和创业行为倾向上高于男生;心理韧性总分、人际协助、积极认知、情绪控制和目标专注维度均与创业意愿总分及其各维度呈正相关。结论 大学生心理韧性有待提高,创业意愿处于中等偏上水平,且女大学生对创业的可行性认识较男生积极,大学生心理韧性和创业意愿呈正相关关系,人际协助、积极认知、情绪控制和目标专注上的水平越高,创业意愿水平越高,产生的实际创业行为的可能性越多。Objective To analyze the current situation and relationship between college students' mental resilience and entrepreneurial intention. Methods A total of 309 college students in Jilin Province was surveyed with psychological toughness lists and entrepreneurial willingness tables. Results Their total score of psychological toughness was (75.9±5.4), and their total entrepreneurial willingness was (36.4±9.0). There was no significant difference in mental toughness in terms of gender or whether they were the only child in family. There was no significant difference in entrepreneurial willingness in terms of whether they were the only child in family, but female college students showed significantly higher entrepreneurial feasibility and entrepreneurial tendency than male students. The total psychological toughness, interpersonal assistance, positive cognition, emotional control, and target concentration dimension had a significant positive correlation with entrepreneurial willingness. Conclusion The mental toughness of college students needs to be improved, and their entrepreneurial willingness is at the upper middle level. Female college students have a more positive understanding of the entrepreneurial feasibility than male students. The psychological toughness and entrepreneurial willingness of college students are positively correlated.The higher the level of interpersonal assistance, positive cognition, emotional control, and target focus, the higher the level of entrepreneurial willingness college students have, and the more likely the actual entrepreneurial behavior will be produced.
