摘  要:本文重点针对直弧型连铸机铸坯轧制钢板桩产生结疤缺陷的技术难题进行详细的阐述,通过对钢板桩结疤的形貌和分布规律和BD1开坯轧制不同轧制面出现缺陷的特点规律与铸坯不同割取方式的低倍试样内部裂纹的分布规律分析判断出,铸坯内部裂纹是产生钢板桩结疤的根本原因。然后详细分析了连铸坯内部裂纹产生的影响因素:如从钢水成分设计上的差别影响组织应力,连铸的中包热流场和冷却系统产生的热应力,直弧型连铸机弯曲特点和设备精度产生的机械应力,生产工艺参数稳定性等影响因素。分析出影响铸坯内部裂纹缺陷的主要因素就是机械应力和生产工艺参数的稳定性。最后根据现场实际通过改善机械应力和生产工艺参数的稳定性两个重要因素,重新试轧SY295钢种、U400×170规格产生结疤率0.2%,相比最初20%的结疤率得到了明显的提升。This paper focuses on the technical problems of steel sheet pile forming scarring defects in straight arc continuous casting machine.By analyzing the scarring morphology and distribution law of steel sheet pile,the characteristics of defects in different rolling surfaces of BD1 billet rolling and the distribution law of internal cracks in low-multiple samples with different cutting methods of the billet,it can be determined.The root cause of scarring of steel sheet piles is the internal crack of casting billet.Then,the influencing factors of internal cracks in continuous casting billet are analyzed in detail,such as the structural stress caused by the difference in the design of molten steel composition,the thermal stress caused by the heat flow field and cooling system of continuous casting,the mechanical stress caused by the bending characteristics of straightarc continuous casting machine and equipment precision,and the stability of production process parameters.It is analyzed that the main factors affecting the internal crack defects of the billet are the mechanical stress and the stability of production process parameters.Finally,according to the actual situation,by improving the mechanical stress and the stability of the production process parameters,the scab rate of SY295 steel and U400×170 specifications was 0.2%,which was significantly improved compared with the initial 20%scab rate.
