摘  要:以2Cr13马氏体不锈钢为研究对象,利用金相显微技术、硬度测试和常温拉伸等方式研究了不同镍含量对2Cr13马氏体不锈钢微观组织和综合性能的影响规律。研究结果表明,2Cr13马氏体不锈钢在单相奥氏体区轧制后空冷即可获得全马氏体组织,当w[Ni]为0.1%时,马氏体板条较为粗大。随着w[Ni]增加到0.3%,热处理后的硬度提高10HRC,屈服强度、抗拉强度和断后伸长率从614 MPa、748 MPa、30%分别增加到670 MPa、797 MPa、33%。通过提高回火温度和保温时间可以进行2Cr13马氏体不锈钢力学性能的调整,以满足不同的订单要求。In this paper,the effect of nickel content on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 2Cr13 martensitic stainless steel was studied by means of metallographic microstructure observation,hardness test and tensile test at room temperature.The results show that the whole martensitic structure can be obtained by air cooling of 2Cr13 martensitic stainless steel after rolling in single-phase austenite zone,and the martensitic strip is thicker when the nickel content is 0.1%.With the increase of nickel content,the hardness after heat treatment is improved,and the tensile test results also show that the increase of nickel content can improve mechanical properties,which is because the trace addition of nickel can play a comprehensive role in refining grains and improving hardenability.The mechanical properties of 2Cr13 martensitic stainless steel can be adjusted by increasing tempering temperature and holding time to meet different order requirements.
