摘  要:氧枪是转炉炼钢的核心设备之一,其参数和供氧制度直接影响转炉脱磷效果和生产节奏。结合生产实际,通过对氧枪材质、喷头参数、供氧制度进行研究与实践。实践结果表明,在相似条件下,氧枪参数和供氧制度优化后,纯供氧时间缩短0.9 min/炉,脱磷率由83.5%提高至85.3%。Oxygen lance is one of the core equipment in converter steelmaking,and its parameters and oxygen supply system directly affect the dephosphorization effect and production rhythm of the converter.Based on practical production,this article conducts research and practice on the material,nozzle parameters,and oxygen supply system of oxygen lance.The practical results have shown that under similar conditions,after optimizing the oxygen lance parameters and oxygen supply system,the dephosphorization rate increased from 83.5%to 85.3%,and the oxygen supply time was shortened by 0.9 minutes per furnace.
