Aiming to enhance the thermal and cycling stability of paraffin-based phase change materials(PCMs),paraffin/epoxy resin composite phase change materials(EP-PCM)was prepared via epoxy resin coating technology.Paraffin/SiO_(2)form-stable phase change material(SSPCM)was first synthesized using the vacuum adsorption method, followed by the preparation of EP-PCM through epoxy resin curing. Results indicated that the latent heat of phase transition for EP-PCM was 46.16 J·g^(-1).In cycling stability tests,EP-PCM exhibited negligible leakage after 30 phase change cycles, with a maximum mass loss of≤2.23wt%.Additionally,after heating at 100℃for 8 h,the mass loss of EP PCM was only 1.64%.This study successfully addressed the poor thermal stability and leakage issues of traditional PCMs by epoxy resin encapsulation, significantly improving the long-term cycling performance and high-temperature application reliability of the materials. It provided a novel solution for developing low-leakage phase change materials.
