摘 要:采用回流沉淀法和微波法制备了负载氧化锰的可降解聚甲基丙烯酸微球(MnO/SS-PMAA)用于核磁共振成像造影剂。考察了选用材料聚甲基丙烯酸对MnO的负载能力、生物可降解性和MRI成像效果的影响。处方筛选过程发现,采用回流沉淀法可以使MAA聚合成球,且制备的纳米粒子形态均一,粒径分布均匀,并且通过对交联剂和引发剂比例的调整可以实现产物粒径可控。通过微波法,所制备的PMAA微球具有良好的MnO负载能力和优越的生物降解能力以及良好的MRI成像能力。Degradable polymethacrylic acid microspheres(MnO/SS-PMAA)loaded with manganese oxide were prepared by reflux precipitation and microwave methods for use as magnetic resonance imaging contrast agents.The effects of the selected material,polymethacrylic acid on the loading capacity,biodegradability and MRI imaging effect of MnO were investigated.The prescription screening process found that the reflux precipitation method could polymerize MAA into spheres,and the prepared nanoparticles had uniform morphology and uniform particle size distribution,and the product particle size could be controlled by adjusting the ratio of crosslinker and initiator.PMAA microspheres prepared by microwave method had good MnO loading capacity,excellent biodegradability and good MRI imaging ability.
