摘 要:渣油加氢装置在重油轻质化方面具有重要地位,其关键运行指标直接关系到整个流程的生产效率、产品质量和生产周期。为实现催化油浆的高附加值利用以及生产工艺的灵活性,本研究深入探讨了在固定床渣油加氢装置中掺炼少量催化油浆脱固后的净化油浆对装置关键运行指标的影响,包括反洗时间、高压换热器的换热效率、床层压降以及脱硫率、脱氮率、脱金属率和脱残炭率等。结果表明,在装置稳定运行中期,掺炼1.5wt%的净化油浆会导致高压换热器换热系数降低5%~7%,这意味着换热器有结垢的可能。然而,其他运行指标如原料性质、反洗时间、床层压降和脱除率并未受到明显影响。Residual oil hydrogenation units play a significant role in the lightening of heavy oil,and their key operational indicators directly affect the production efficiency,product quality and production cycle of the entire process.In order to achieve high value-added utilization of catalytic oil slurry and flexibility of production process,the impact of blending a small amount of purified oil slurry after catalytic oil slurry desolidation into a fixed-bed residue hydrogenation unit on key operational indicators was explored,including backwash time,heat exchange efficiency of high-pressure heat exchangers,bed pressure drop,desulfurization rate,denitrification rate,demetallization rate,and de-residual carbon rate.The results showed that during the stable operation period of the unit,blending 1.5wt%of purified oil slurry leads to a 5%to 7%reduction in the heat exchange coefficient of the high-pressure heat exchanger,suggesting a potential for fouling.However,other operational indicators such as feedstock properties,backwash time,bed pressure drop and removal rates were not significantly affected.
