摘 要:该文是针对消毒剂或消毒器械使用喷雾消毒后对空气中的细菌白色葡萄球菌8032的消毒效果进行开发研究,从而建立企业的检测方法。通过六级筛孔空气撞击式采样法进行试验,该方法是对两个气雾舱进行喷雾染菌,然后分别进行消毒前采样,作为消毒处理前的阳性对照(即污染菌量),消毒后再对两个舱进行采样,作为消毒后采样,通过计算杀灭率来反映消毒剂或消毒器械空气喷雾消毒效果的一种方法。结果显示初始菌悬液浓度为1.7×10^(7)CFU/m L时,作用2 h后,阳性对照组空气细菌浓度为4.75×10^(4)~4.83×10^(4)CFU/m^(3),不符合要求,而提高为5.0×10^(7)CFU/m L时,作用2 h后,阳性对照组空气细菌浓度为9.50×10^(4)~9.71×10^(4)CFU/m^(3),符合要求。从而得到结论,初始菌悬液浓度为5.0×10^(7)CFU/m L且气溶胶发生器的气溶胶微粒直径为3.0~6.0μm时,作用时间≤2 h,空气舱内空气细菌浓度均在5.0×10^(4)~5.0×10^(6)CFU/m L之间,符合要求,成功建立检测方法。The purpose was is to develop and study the disinfection effect of disinfectants or disinfection devices on the bacteria staphylococcus albus 8032 in the air after spray disinfection,so as to establish a detection method for enterprises.The test was carried out by using the six level sieve hole air impingement sampling method,which was a method to carry out spray disinfection on two aerosol cabins,and then take samples respectively before disinfection,as the positive control(i.e.the amount of contaminated bacteria)before disinfection treatment.After disinfection,samples from the two cabins,as the sampling after disinfection,and reflect the disinfection effect of air spray disinfection of disinfectant or disinfection equipment were taken by calculating the killing rate.The results showed that when the initial bacterial suspension concentration was 1.7×10^(7)CFU/mL,after 2 h of treatment,the air bacterial concentration in the positive control group was 4.75×10^(4)~4.83×10^(4)CFU/m^(3),which did not meet the requirements.However,when it increased to 5.0×10^(7)CFU/mL,after 2 h of treatment,the air bacterial concentration in the positive control group was 9.50×10^(4)~9.71×10^(4)CFU/m^(3),which met the requirements.Thus,it can be concluded that when the initial bacterial suspension concentration was 5.0×10^(7)CFU/mL and the aerosol particle diameter of the aerosol generator is 3.0 to 6.0μm,the action time was 2 h,and the bacterial concentration in the air chamber was between 5.0×10^(4)to 5.0×10^(6)CFU/mL,which met the requirements.The detection method was successfully established.
