摘 要:餐厨垃圾处理过程中产生的恶臭气体对环境空气质量、从业人员及周边居民健康均造成损害,本文以中山市餐厨垃圾处理厂为例,对餐厨垃圾处理厂恶臭气体产生情况及特性做量化对比,列举各常见臭气处理工艺的适用性及处理效果。分析项目“生物除臭-NaOH-NaOH+NaClO-植物液”的喷淋除臭工艺的特点,通过对餐厨垃圾处理工艺流程主要工艺环节进行工艺原理、设备参数、操作条件等因素的分析,并结合处理后废气的检测结果,寻找具备可行性的餐厨垃圾处理厂恶臭气体处理路线,进而改进餐厨垃圾处理厂的臭气处理效果,排放满足国家环保法律法规要求的限值条件,为同类项目提供具有使用价值的参考模板。Taking Zhongshan Food Waste Treatment Plant as an example,the occurrence and characteristics of odor gas in food waste treatment plant were quantitatively compared,and applicability and treatment effect of various common odor treatment processes were listed.The characteristics of the spray deodorization process of the project“biological deodorization-NaOH-NaOH+NaClO-plant liquid”,and the process principle,equipment parameters,Based on the analysis of operating conditions and other factors were analyzed,combined with the detection results of the treated waste gas,the feasible odor gas treatment route of the food waste treatment plant was found,so as to improve the odor treatment effect of the food waste treatment plant,and the emission met the limit conditions required by national environmental protection laws and regulations,so as to provide a reference template with use value for similar projects.
