摘  要:简要介绍了固相萃取技术和微柱高效液相色谱在国内外的发展概况以及固相萃取技术与微柱高效液相色谱联用技术的应用现状,固相萃取技术具有机溶剂用量少,富集倍数高,不易乳化,相分离快等优点能很好地解决待测样品前处理时间过长、流动相消耗过大等缺点,缩短了实验教学时间,提高了实验教学的效率,这对于有限时间的实验教学完成实验教学任务具有重要意义,并对固相萃取和微柱高效液相色谱联用技术在药学及相关专业有关实验课程中的应用前景进行了展望。此外,在实验教学中引入前期成熟的科研成果,既丰富了实验课程内容,又能让学生领会到先进实验技术对解决实际问题带来的作用,有助于激发学生学习及科研兴趣,提升学生操作技能和创新能力。The development of solid-phase extraction technology(SPE)and microcolumn high-performance liquid chromatography,as well as the application of SPE and micro-column high-performance liquid chromatography combined technology,was introduced.SPE had many advantages,such as low amount of organic solvent,high concentration multiple,difficult emulsification,fast phase separation,etc.It can reduce the time of experiment teaching and improve the efficiency of experiment teaching,which had great significance to completion of experiment teaching in limited time,It also looked forward to the application prospects of solid-phase extraction and microcolumn high-performance liquid chromatography combined technology in related experimental courses in Pharmacy.In addition,the introduction of earlier mature scientific research results in experimental teaching not only enriched the content of experimental courses,but also enabled students to understand the role of advanced experimental technology in solving practical problems,to stimulate students’interest in learning and scientific research,and enhance students’operational skills and innovative ability.
