摘 要:针对传统煤矿工人智能控制系统在运行时损耗电量较大,设计并应用基于AI图像识别的煤矿工人智能控制系统。该系统在硬件方面,配有本安型电控箱和AI智能摄像头,并对传感器和AI摄像头进行布设;在软件方面,利用AI图像识别技术实现了煤矿工人装置状态的识别,并设计了装置智能控制流程。测试结果表明,所提出的基于AI图像识别技术的煤矿工人智能控制系统的控制损耗电量最低仅为45.27kW·h,节能效果显著提升,验证了系统在智能控制和节能方面的优越性。Aiming at the significant power loss during operation of traditional coal mine worker intelligent control systems,the design and application of a coal mine worker intelligent control system based on AI image recognition are proposed.In terms of hardware,the system has assembled an intrinsically safe electrical control box and an AI intelligent camera,and deployed sensors and AI cameras.In terms of software,AI image recognition technology was used to recognize the status of coal mine workers’equipment,and an intelligent control process for the equipment was designed.The test results show that the intelligent control system for coal miners based on AI image recognition technology proposed in this paper has the lowest control loss of only 45.27 kW·h,and the energy-saving effect is significantly improved,verifying the superiority of the system in intelligent control and energy saving.
