摘 要:文章介绍了重型柴油机排放的4种主要污染物及各污染物的生成机理。为满足日益提高的排放法规要求,在提升燃油品质和机内净化的基础上,增加了尾气后处理技术。DOC是通过氧化的方式降低HC和CO的含量,DPF是补集尾气中的颗粒物,SCR是通过还原的方式降低NO X的含量。对重型柴油机满足国六排放法规的三种典型技术路线进行了详细的对比,EGR+SCR路线在后处理系统复杂程度、成本、处理效果、柴油机动力性、经济性、车辆的出勤率、尿素消耗量及是否有氨气泄漏等方面均在不同程度上优于另外两条路线。EGR+SCR路线的DPF再生时刻和尿素喷射量,受发动机运行状态和多个传感器的制约。The article introduces 4 main pollutants emitted by heavy-duty diesel engines and their generation mechanisms.In order to meet the increasingly stringent emission regulations,exhaust after treatment technology has been added on the basis of improving fuel quality and internal purification.DOC reduces the content of HC and CO through O Xidation,DPF replenishes particulate matter in exhaust,and SCR reduces the content of NO X through reduction.A detailed comparison was made on three typical technical routes for heavy-duty diesel engines to meet the NationalⅥemission regulations,the EGR+SCR route is superior to the other two routes in terms of post-processing system complexity,cost,processing efficiency,diesel power,economy,vehicle attendance,urea consumption,and whether there is ammonia leakage.The DPF regeneration timing and urea injection quantity of the EGR+SCR route are constrained by the engine operating status and multiple sensors.
