摘 要:联轴器作为转动设备传动系统中的重要部件,其同轴度的调整对于设备的正常运行和性能发挥起着至关重要的作用,但在生产实际装调中,大部分工作人员对联轴器调整的原理和方法理解不够透彻,另外该工作对工作经验的依赖度非常高,在实际调整中工作效率低下,工作质量较低,文章介绍了转动设备联轴器同轴度调整的原理、方法以及在实际工程中的应用。通过对各种调整技术的分析和企业实际调整案例研究,总结阐述了在实际联轴器同轴度调整过程中的各项经验结论以及实践应用,以确保联轴器的同轴度达到允许的偏差范围,以提高设备的运行稳定性和可靠性。文中还对未来联轴器同轴度调整技术的发展趋势进行了展望。Coupling is an important component in the transmission system of rotating equipment,and the adjustment of the coaxiality of the coupling plays a crucial role in the normal operation and performance of the equipment.However,in actual production installation and adjustment,most workers do not have a thorough understanding of the principles and methods of adjusting the coupling.In addition,this work relies heavily on work experience,resulting in low work efficiency and low work quality in actual adjustment.This article introduces the principles,methods,and applications of coaxiality adjustment of rotating equipment couplings in practical engineering.Through the analysis of various adjustment techniques and practical case studies of enterprise,this article summarizes and elaborates on the various experience conclusions and practical applications in the actual process of adjusting the coaxiality of couplings,in order to ensure that the coaxiality of couplings reaches the allowable deviation range and improve the operational stability and reliability of equipment.The article also looks forward to the development trend of coaxiality adjustment technology for future couplings.
