磁州窑白地黑花古陶瓷大面积缺损的艺术设计修复及工艺研究——以金代白地黑花梅瓶修复实践为例

摘　　要：磁州窑白地黑花古陶瓷以其独特的图案设计、鲜明釉色对比及深厚历史底蕴,在中国陶瓷艺术史上占据重要地位。然而,大面积缺损修复作为古陶瓷保护的难点,面临虚假感强、复原难度高等挑战。文章以金代白地黑花梅瓶为对象,通过创新的艺术设计修复方法,探索大面积缺损古陶瓷的有效修复路径,创新性结合无痕与有痕修复方法,通过边线修复设计、缺损部位釉面效果设计以及原有部分大面积补缺修复设计,实现工艺创新和技术突破。实验结果显示,修复后的梅瓶整体协调美观,局部细节富含历史感,验证了修复理念与技术的科学性与合理性,对古陶瓷大面积补缺修复领域具有重要参考价值,对保护文化遗产、传承历史文化具有重要意义。The ancient ceramics of Cizhou Kiln,featuring white ground with black patterns,stand out in the history of Chinese ceramic art for their unique design,striking contrast of glaze colors and profound historical background.However,large-area defect restoration,as a difficult point in the conservation of ancient ceramics,faces challenges such as strong false sense and high difficulty of restoration.This paper takes the Jin Dynasty white ground with black flower plum vase as the object,explores the effective restoration path of large-area defective ancient ceramics through the innovative art design restoration method,which innovatively combines the non-marking and marking restoration methods,and realizes the technological innovation and technological breakthroughs through the design of borderline restoration,the design of glaze effect of the defective parts as well as the design of original part of the large-area gap-filling restoration.Experimental results show that the overall coordination of the restored vase is beautiful,and the local details are rich in historical sense,which verifies the scientific and reasonable restoration concept and technology,and has an important reference value for the field of ancient ceramics large-area patching restoration,and is of great significance for the protection of cultural heritage and inheritance of history and culture.
