摘  要:文章将眼动仪用于在线民宿图片视觉偏好研究,揭示眼动轨迹与热点分布特征,了解消费者消费心理与选择偏好。结果显示,消费者对于不同价位民宿功能区的关注点基本一致。消费者性别对兴趣区视觉偏好的影响较小。学科背景对兴趣区视觉偏好的影响显著,理科生对兴趣区的关注度低于文科生。同时依据实验所得结果,分别从在线民宿经营者和预订平台管理者两个角度对在线民宿的经营和管理提出合理化建议。In this paper,eye-tracking instrument is used in the study of visual preference of online homestay pictures to reveal the eye-tracking trajectory and hotspot distribution characteristics,and to understand consumers’consumption psychology and choice preference.The results show that consumers’focus on functional areas of homestay at different price levels is basically the same.The influence of consumers’gender on the visual preference of area of interest is small.The influence of academic background on the visual preference of interest areas is significant,and science students pay less attention to interest areas than liberal arts students.At the same time,according to the results of the experiment,the author puts forward some reasonable suggestions on the operation and management of online homestay.
