新质生产力与高等教育耦合协调研究——以河南省为例

摘　　要：文章以熵值法为核心,通过构建河南省2013-2022年新质生产力与高等教育两系统间的评价指标体系,利用耦合协调度模型对河南省近10年两系统间的耦合协调水平进行研究。结果表明:科技、人才因素对新质生产力与高等教育的影响程度较大;从综合评价发展指数来看,新质生产力与高等教育大致上都呈现上升趋势;从耦合协调度来看,河南省新质生产力与高等教育耦合协调度呈现不断加强的趋势,两系统间的耦合协调类型也从严重失调水平变化为优质协调水平。基于此,要加大河南省科技创新力度和高等教育投入。With the entropy method as the core,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of new quality productivity and higher education in Henan Province from 2013 to 2022,and uses the coupling coordination degree model to study the coupling coordination level between new quality productivity and higher education in Henan in the past 10 years.The results show that the factors of science and technology and talents have great influence on the new quality productivity and higher education,the new quality productivity and higher education both show an upward trend from the perspective of comprehensive evaluation development index,the coupling coordination degree of new quality productivity and higher education in Henan shows a trend of continuous strengthening from the perspective of coupling coordination degree,and the coupling coordination type between the two systems also changes from the serious imbalance to the high quality coordination.Based on this,it is necessary to increase scientific and technological innovation and higher education investment in Henan Province.
