摘 要:文章整理研究了自治区高校智慧教学体系建设的情况和存在的问题,发现目前基础建设中的智慧化水平局限:智慧教育资源的共建共享待推进,智慧教育资源质量的审核与监督机制未健全,智慧教学主体即师生的信息化素养亟待提高,对于师生进行针对性智慧服务与支持缺乏等。在研究问题的基础上提出了要继续丰富建设内容和统筹布局智慧教育体系化建设,要阶段化有序性保证建设工作的落地和发展,要重视智慧教学参与者即师生的信息化素养优质化培育,以及满足和布局师生的个性化生涯发展需求等举措,以期对自治区高校智慧教育生态健康循环发展,智慧教学体系成功构建及良性发展贡献绵薄之力。This paper collected and studied the situation and existing problems of the construction of smart teaching system in colleges and universities in Inner Mongolia,and found that the current level of wisdom in infrastructure construction is limited,the co-construction and sharing of smart education resources need to be promoted,the audit and supervision mechanism of the quality of smart education resources is not perfect,the information literacy of smart teaching subjects,namely teachers and students,needs to be improved,and the targeted wisdom service and support for teachers and students is lacked.On the basis of the research,it is proposed to continue to enrich the construction content and overall layout of the systematic construction of wisdom education,to ensure the landing and development of the construction work in a phased and orderly manner,to pay attention to the cultivation of high-quality information literacy of wisdom teaching participants,that is,teachers and students,and to meet and layout the personalized career development needs of teachers and students,which aims to contribute to the ecological and healthy circular development of smart education in colleges and universities in Inner Mongolia,the successful construction and benign progress of smart teaching system.
