知识生态系统视角下的图书馆转型与主动知识服务研究

摘　　要：文章从知识生态系统视角出发,探讨图书馆在信息技术、人工智能和知识经济发展背景下的转型路径与主动知识服务模式。随着用户需求从简单的信息获取转向深层次的知识解决方案,传统图书馆面临数字化冲击和服务模式的挑战。知识生态系统理论为图书馆转型提供了新框架,强调知识的流动、共享与协同创新。本文构建了智慧图书馆知识服务生态系统,遵循用户中心、开放共享和持续创新原则,设计了技术层、服务层和应用层的架构,通过大数据、云计算和人工智能等技术提升知识服务的智能化水平。研究分析了国内外图书馆的成功实践案例,验证了知识生态系统理论在图书馆领域的有效性。结果表明,智慧图书馆的建设和服务模式创新能够显著提升知识服务水平,优化用户体验,并推动图书馆业务模式的多元化发展。This paper explores the transformation pathways and proactive knowledge service models of libraries under the background of information technology,artificial intelligence,and the knowledge-based economy from the perspective of the knowledge ecosystem.As the shift of users’demands from simple information acquisition to in-depth knowledge solutions,traditional libraries face challenges from digitalization and service models.The theory of the knowledge ecosystem provides a new framework for library transformation,which emphasizes the flow,sharing,and collaborative innovation of knowledge.This paper constructs a smart library knowledge service ecosystem,following the principles of user-centeredness,openness,and continuous innovation.It designs a three-tier architecture of technology,services,and applications,leveraging big data,cloud computing,and artificial intelligence to enhance the intelligence level of knowledge services.The study analyzes successful practice cases from domestic and international libraries,verifying the effectiveness of the knowledge ecosystem theory in the library domain.The results indicate that the construction of smart libraries and innovation in service models can significantly improve the level of knowledge services,optimize user experience,and promote the diversification of library business models.
