摘 要:传统的功分器结构由于高频串扰明显、阻抗变换线体积大等原因,难以满足微波系统高频率、小型化的需求。为此,提出一种基于多线缝隙耦合结构的Ka波段功分器。从电路拓扑出发,对该器件进行了电路设计、建模仿真与实验验证。测试结果表明,该器件具备良好的高频性能,且表现出通带两侧具有传输零点的滤波响应,实现了多线缝隙耦合的薄膜功分器设计。The traditional power divider structure is difficult to meet the requirements of high frequency and miniaturization of microwave systems due to obvious high-frequency crosstalk and large volume of impedance conversion lines.To solve this problem,this paper proposes a Ka-band power divider based on multi-line slit coupling structure.Starting from the circuit topology,the circuit design,modeling simulation and experimental verification of the device are carried out.The test results show that the device has good high-frequency performance and shows the filtering response with propagation zeros on both sides of the pass-band,which realizes the design of thin-film power divider with multi-wire gap coupling.
