摘 要:采用半桥型模块化多电平换流器(modular multilevel converter,MMC)的柔直系统发生直流侧故障时,直流母线电流的变化速率极快且暂态峰值较高。为有效减轻故障电流对系统运行稳定性的不利影响,设计了一种可直挂直流母线的故障清除模块拓扑结构(fault clear module,FCM),并研究了其设备配置方案。与常规配置直流断路器相比,结果表明:在单极接地故障情况下,该模块对故障电流的峰值抑制效果提升了8.3%,对频率为680 Hz的谐波抑制效果可达90.3%;在双极故障情况下,该模块对故障电流的峰值抑制效果提升了57.4%,对频率为1400 Hz的谐波成分抑制效果可达85%;该模块能够有效降低故障电流的峰值及谐波成分。In the event of a DC-side unipolar or bipolar fault in a flexible system employing a half-bridge modular multilevel converter(MMC),the DC bus current changes at an extremely rapid rate and exhibits a high transient peak.To effectively mitigate the adverse effects of fault current on the operational stability of the system,a fault current limiter module topology(FCM)that can be directly integrated with the DC bus has been designed,and the equipment configuration scheme has been investigated.Compared to the conventional DC circuit breaker,the module's peak suppression effect on fault current increases by 8.3%in the case of a single-pole ground fault,and the harmonic suppression effect at a frequency of 680 Hz can reach 90.3%.For a bipolar fault,the module's peak suppression effect on fault current increases by 57.4%,and the suppression effect on the harmonic component of the fault current at a frequency of 1,400 Hz can reach 85%.Analysis indicates that the module can effectively reduce the peak value and harmonic content of the fault current.
