摘  要:户内变电站中通过有效的降温措施改善设备运行环境温度有利于设备柜体散热,对于提高电气设备的可靠性和安全性具有重要意义。因此,采用计算流体动力学(computational fluid dynamics,CFD)方法对“原始方案侧送风”、“上送、下回式”和“下送、上回式”3种送风方式下开关柜室与二次设备室的气流组织与通风降温特性进行了数值模拟分析。结果显示,采用下送、上回式送风方式,在1.5 m水平高度上,开关柜室设备所在核心区域平均温度为29.5℃,散热效率为1.687;二次设备室设备所在核心区域平均温度为30.3℃,散热效率为0.996。考虑由于耦合热羽流气体向上发展的特性,下送、上回式的送风方式对电气设备室及柜体设备的降温效果更加显著。研究结果为户内变电站建筑的通风设计提供了参考。In indoor substation,improving the operating environment temperature of equipment through effective cooling measures is conducive to the heat dissipation of equipment cabinet,which is of great significance for improving the reliability and safety of electrical equipment.Therefore,the computational fluid dynamics(CFD)method is used to numerically simulate the air flow organization and ventilation and cooling characteristics of the switchgear room and secondary equipment room under three air supply modes:"original solution side air supply","up feed and down feed"and"down feed and up feed".The results show that the overall cooling effect is more significant with the down-feed and upturn air supply mode.At the horizontal height of 1.5m,the average temperature of the core area where the switchgear room equipment is located is 29.5℃,and the heat dissipation efficiency is 1.687.The average temperature of the core area where the equipment is located in the secondary equipment room is 30.3℃,and the heat dissipation efficiency is 0.996.The research results provide a reference for ventilation design of indoor substation buildings.The results show that at a horizontal height of 1.5 m,the average temperature of the core area where the equipment is located is 29.5℃,and the heat dissipation efficiency is 1.687.The average temperature of the core area where the equipment is located in the secondary equipment room is 30.3℃,and the heat dissipation efficiency is 0.996.Considering the upward development of coupled thermal plume gas,the down-feed and up-return air supply mode has a more significant cooling effect on electrical equipment room and cabinet equipment.The research results provide a reference for ventilation design of indoor substation buildings.
