摘  要:发电机定子单相接地故障是发电机运行中最为常见的故障类型,故障的准确定位对保障发电机安全运行,提高故障排查效率至关重要。传统解析方法受发电机中性点接地方式和过渡电阻的影响,定位准确率较低,且难以准确判别故障分支。该文提出了一种基于数据驱动的发电机定子单相接地故障定位方法,采用3个多层感知机(multilayer perceptron,MLP)神经网络模型分别对故障位置、过渡电阻和故障分支进行定位和识别。基于故障后的基波零序电压幅值和零序电压与A相电势相位差,构建MLP神经网络模型,实现了故障定位、过渡电阻计算和故障分支判别。并基于PSCAD/EMTDC发电机定子单相接地电磁暂态模型,验证了方案的有效性。结果表明,提出的方法可准确实现故障定位,有效计算过渡电阻,可靠判别故障分支。Generator stator single-phase ground fault is the most common type of fault in the operation of generators.Accurate location of faults is crucial for ensuring the safe operation of the generator and improving the efficiency of fault troubleshooting.Traditional analytical methods are influenced by the neutral grounding method of the generator and the transition resistance,resulting in low location accuracy and difficulty in accurately identifying the fault branch.This paper proposes a data-driven based method for locating generator stator singlephase ground faults.Three multilayer perceptron(MLP)neural network models are used to locate and identify the fault position,transition resistance,and fault branch.Based on the fundamental zero-sequence voltage amplitude and the phase difference between the zero-sequence voltage and Phase A potential after the fault,an MLP neural network model is constructed,achieving fault location,transition resistance calculation,and fault branch discrimination.The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified based on the PSCAD/EMTDC generator stator single-phase ground electromagnetic transient model.The results show that the proposed method can accurately achieve fault location,effectively calculate the transition resistance,and reliably identify the fault branch.
