摘 要:增材制造技术能克服传统镁合金制造工艺成形的局限性,提高构件设计自由度,减少原材料浪费,实现复杂构件的高精度高效制造。然而,增材制造镁合金容易出现气孔、热裂纹、组织各向异性等缺陷,影响其摩擦磨损和腐蚀性能。采用激光增材制备了单道多层AZ91D镁合金薄壁件,探究了激光增材镁合金微观组织与摩擦磨损和腐蚀性能的关系。结果表明,与铸造AZ91D镁合金相比,激光增材制造镁合金的显微硬度为73.1HV,平均摩擦系数为0.321,磨损率为1.6×10^(-3) mm^(3)/(N·m),腐蚀电流密度Icorr为4.246×10^(-6)A/cm^(2),腐蚀电位Ecorr为-1.424 V(vs.SCE)。晶粒细化的作用使晶间腐蚀占据主导地位,这导致沉积态AZ91D镁合金耐腐蚀性能低于铸态AZ91D镁合金。Additive manufacturing of magnesium alloys overcomes the limitations of traditional magnesium alloy manufacturing processes,increases design freedom for components,reduces material waste,and enables the high-precision and efficient manufacturing of complex components.However,additive manufacturing of magnesium alloys can easily result in defects such as porosity,hot cracks,and micro-structural anisotrophy,which affect their frictional wear and corrosion performance.To investigate the influence of the micro-structure of additive manufactured magnesium alloys on their frictional wear and corrosion resistance,single-pass multi-layer thin-walled AZ91D magnesium alloy specimens were prepared using laser metal deposition.The results show that compared to cast AZ91D magnesium alloy,the laser additive manufactured magnesium alloy has a micro-hardness of 73.1 HV,an average friction coefficient of 0.321,a wear rate of 1.6×10^(-3) mm^(3)/(N·m),a corrosion current density(Icorr)of 4.246×10^(-6) A/cm^(2),and a corrosion potential(Ecorr)of-1.424 V(vs.SCE).The experimental results demonstrate that grain refinement plays a pivotal role in the prevalence of intergranular corrosion,which in turn diminishes the corrosion resistance of the deposited AZ91D magnesium alloy relative to that of the as-cast AZ91D magnesium alloy.
