摘  要:为分析跨界区域入河排污口对水环境影响并确定最优位置,以淮安市某工业污水处理厂为例,采用MIKE11模型和一维稳态模型评估港河、盐河河道上3个排污口方案。基于层次分析法,设置环境影响、社会敏感性和经济性3项指标共6类因素对各方案进行评价。结果表明,港河排污口方案对三口镇桥断面水质造成影响后仍可达标;盐河排污口方案可对袁闸断面造成影响,事故排放时NH_(3)-N预测值超出地表水Ⅲ类标准。根据预测结果确定港河排污口(方案1)为最优方案。研究可为入河排污口选址提供一定思路,为排污口规范管理提供技术支撑。In order to analyze the impact of the sewage outlet on the water environment in the transboundary area and determine the optimal location,the MIKEll model and one-dimensional steady state model were used to evaluate the three sewage outlet schemes of Ganghe River and Yanhe River,taking an industrial sewage treatment plant in Huai'an City as an example.Based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP),environmental impact,social sensitivity and economy were evaluated by six factors.The results show that the water quality of Sankou Town bridge section can stillreach the standard after being affected by the Ganghe sewage outlet scheme.The Yanhe sewage outlet scheme will have an impact on Yuanzha Section,and the predicted NH_(3)-N value exceeds the Class Ⅲ standard of surface water during accidental discharge.Combined with the forecast results,it is determined that the Ganghe drainage outlet(Scheme 1)is the best scheme.The research can provide research ideas for the site selection of sewage outlet and technical support for the standardized management of sewage outlet.
