摘  要:为探究运行参数和工况条件对蓄热式氧化炉(RTO)净化效率的影响,以三塔式蓄热式氧化炉和乙醇废气为研究对象,测试了不同燃烧温度、阀门切换时间和入口乙醇浓度在高、低风量工况下的净化效率。结果表明,在一定温度范围内净化效率随燃烧温度的升高而提高,当达到对应工况平衡温度后,提高温度对净化效率影响不大。相同燃烧温度下,较长停留时间时净化效率略高。阀门切换时间对净化效率无明显影响,但耗电量在一定范围内随切换时间增加而增加。当入口乙醇浓度较低时,提高燃烧温度和停留时间均对净化效率的提高效果显著。A typical three towers regenerative thermal oxidizer(RTO)and ethanol gas were tested under high and low air flow conditions with different combustion temperatures,valve switching times,and inlet concentrations.Within a certain temperature range,the RTO destruction and removal efficiency(DRE)increased with the increase of combustion temperature.When the temperature was over the equilibrium point,increasing temperature had litle effect on DRE.The DRE was slightly higher at lower gas flow rates.The valve switching time had no significant impact on DRE.But the power consumption increased significantly with the increase of switching time.When the inlet ethanol concentration was low,increasing the combustion temperature and residence time had a significant effect on improving DRE.
