摘  要:分别使用不同粒径诱导结晶法去除矿井水反渗透浓水中的Ca^(2+)和SO_(4)^(2-)并进行静态试验,同时对反应温度、晶种投加量、搅拌强度及搅拌时间等因素对Ca^(2+)去除效果的影响进行探究。结果表明,水中Ca^(2+)去除率可达56%,SO_(4)^(2-)可同步去除率为14.3%。反应前、后晶种表面SEM和EDS分析表明,试验中产生的结晶物附着在诱导晶种表面。与传统的化学药剂沉淀法相比,诱导结晶法在不添加其他化学药剂的条件下可获得较好的软化脱盐效果,所形成的结晶物质成分单一且具有资源回收价值,对环境未产生附加影响,是一种具有较大应用潜力的新型绿色软化脱盐技术。The removal of Ca ^(2+)and SO_(4)^(2-)in the reverse osmosis concentrate of mine water using induced crystallization method was studied through static experiments.Different particle sizes of induced seeds were used for the experiment,and the effects of reaction temperature,seed addition,stirring intensity,and stirring time on the removal efficiency of Ca ^(2+)were explored.The removal rate of Ca ^(2+)in water can reach 56%,and SO_(4)^(2-)can be simultaneously removed by 14.3%.SEM and EDS analysis of the seed crystal surface before and after the reaction showed that the main components of the crystallized material produced in the experiment were Ca and S compounds,which were effectively attached to the surface of the induced seed crystal.Compared with traditional chemical precipitation methods,the induced crystallization method can achieve good softening and desalination effects without adding other chemical agents.The formed crystalline material has a single composition and resource recovery value,and does not have additional environmental impacts.It is a new green softening and desalination technology with great potential for application.
