锰渣无害化处置和综合利用技术应用现状研究

摘  要:早期“锰三角”地区生态环境遭到严重破坏,其中锰渣污染问题尤为突出,已引起党中央、国务院的高度关注,为解决该难题,亟待采用锰渣无害化处置技术和资源化综合利用技术进行治理。当前锰渣无害化处置技术工艺效率有明显提升,部分综合利用途径已实现工业化生产。对此,通过归纳锰渣实际生产应用中无害化处置工艺技术原理,综述锰渣资源化综合利用技术和应用现状,总结了各项技术的工程化应用情况。建议未来应对锰渣开展分级处理,实行资源化利用;同时加大环境执法力度,保障锰渣处理、利用过程严格落实HJ 1241—2022《锰渣污染控制技术规范》有关要求。In the early stage,the ecological environment in the Manganese Triangle region was severely damaged,with the pollution problem caused by manganese residue being particularly prominent,which has garnered significant attention from the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council.To address this issue,it is urgent to adopt harmless treatment technologies and comprehensive utilization technologies for manganese residue.Currently,the efficiency of harmless treatment technologies for manganese residue has significantly improved,and some comprehensive utilization approaches have been industrialized.In this regard,by summarizing the technical principles of harmless treatment processes in the actual production and application of manganese residue,this paper reviews the comprehensive utilization technologies and application status of manganese residue,and summarizes the engineering application situations of various technologies.It is suggested that in the future,manganese residue should be treated by classification and graded processing for resource utilization;Simultaneously,it is essential to strengthen environmental law enforcement efforts to ensure that the treatment and utilization of manganese residue fully adhere to the specific requirements outlined in HJ 1241—2022 Technical Specification for Pollution Control of Manganese Residue.
