地方应用型本科高校专业设置与区域产业发展适切性评价的研究

摘　　要：由于区域产业的快速升级迭代,传统专业设置难以满足产业对跨学科、复合型人才的需求,高校与区域经济发展的契合性亟需科学评估。基于毕达哥拉斯模糊集和DEMATEL方法,构建适切性评价体系,从服务区域经济、人才培养、技术服务、政策支持及产业集群五个维度,量化分析高校专业设置与区域产业需求的匹配程度。研究结果显示,高校在就业适应性和区域经济贡献方面契合度较高,人才培养效果显著。然而,在技术服务能力、产学研合作和成果转化方面仍存在不足。政策支持对技术服务能力的提升作用有限,高校与区域产业集群的协同深度不够,特别是在供应链对接和协作项目开发方面。针对这些问题,建议高校动态调整专业结构,强化技术服务能力,深化与区域产业集群的合作,以更好地支撑地方经济发展。研究为地方高校专业优化及区域经济发展提供了理论依据和实践指导,具有重要的现实意义。The evolution of regional industries and the emergence of sectors such as artificial intelli-gence,digital manufacturing,and the low-altitude economy have imposed new demands on the pro-gram offerings of local application-oriented undergraduate universities.Traditional program structures often fail to meet the requirements for interdisciplinary and composite talents,necessitating a scientif-ic assessment of the alignment between university programs and regional economic development.This study constructs a comprehensive evaluation system based on Pythagorean fuzzy sets and the DEMA-TEL method,analyzing the alignment across five dimensions:regional economic contribution,talent cultivation,technical services,policy support,and industrial clusters.The findings indicate that uni-versities demonstrate a strong alignment with regional economic needs,particularly in employment adaptability and economic contributions,while excelling in talent cultivation.However,weaknesses are observed in technical service capabilities,especially in industry-university collaboration and tech-nology transfer.Policy support significantly enhances talent cultivation but is less effective in improv-ing technical services.Furthermore,the synergy between universities and regional industrial clusters remains insufficient,particularly in supply chain integration and project collaboration.To address these challenges,this study suggests dynamic adjustments to program structures,enhanced technical service capacities,and deeper collaboration with regional industrial clusters to better support local economic development.This research provides theoretical and practical insights for optimizing univer-sity programs and fostering regional economic growth.
