摘 要:近些年来,研究生入学考试竞争性持续增加。然而,“上岸”的研究生在入学一段时间后却可能存在目标不明、动力丧失的情况,这种现象严重制约我国研究生教育质量的提高。研究通过对A校H专业研二和研三的13名学术型硕士研究生进行访谈,探索其刚入学时和入学1-2年后的读研目标及其在读研期间发生的情绪性事件,并利用案例内以及跨案例的内容分析法对访谈进行分析。研究发现,研究生在入学时表现出三种不同的学习目标,包括科研目标、身份目标和学业目标。但在读研后,这些目标均发生了改变,并表现独特的变化机制。研究结果在一定程度上反映了当前我国研究生教育和培养中存在的一些问题,如真正的科研培训不足、研究生科研参与度不够、培养过程中行政因素较强、研究生反思能力不足等问题。研究一方面从研究生视角探讨了其学习目标的变化和原因,另一方面也证实了情绪性事件研究方法在追踪研究生成长路径中的有效性。In recent years,the competitiveness of graduate entrance exams has been continuously in-creasing.However,after enrolling for some time,graduate students may face issues such as unclear goals and loss of motivation.This phenomenon severely hinders the improvement of graduate educa-tion quality in China.This study conducted interviews with 13 academic master’s degree students in their second or third year of study in the H major at University A,exploring their initial graduate study goals upon enrollment and those after 1-2 years,as well as the emotional incidents they experienced during their graduate studies.The interviews were analyzed using both intra-case and cross-case con-tent analysis methods.The study found that graduate students exhibited three different learning goals at the time of enrollment,including research goals,identity goals,and academic goals.However,these goals underwent changes after they began their graduate studies,demonstrating unique change mecha-nisms.The research findings reflect,to a certain extent,some existing issues in China’s graduate edu-cation and training,such as inadequate genuine research training,insufficient graduate student partici-pation in research,a strong administrative influence in the training process,and inadequate reflective abilities among graduate students.This study explores the changes in graduate students’learning goals and their causes from the perspective of graduate students.On the other hand,it also confirms the effectiveness of the emotional event research method in tracing the growth path of graduate stu-dents.
