摘  要:为了监测ATE自动测试板卡中主电源的电压和电流的稳定性,设计一种基于电源监控芯片LTC2945和FPGA的电源监控电路的FPGA程序,对ATE自动测试设备系统主电源的电压和电流进行监控。通过FPGA对电源监控芯片的电压和电流门限阈值进行配置,电压和电流实时值超过门限阈值则报警,并回读实时电压和电流值。经过FPGA功能仿真显示波形正常,经过搭建测试环境进行现场功能测试实验。实验结果显示,该程序能够正常实现电源监控的功能,电压拉偏报警,且回读电压值正常。For the purpose of monitoring the stability of main power-supply's voltage and current in ATE board,a power-supply monitor cir-cuit is designed based on FPGA and LTC2945.The voltage and current of the system main power-supply are monitored with a monitor chip,whose threshold-values of voltage and current are configured by the FPGA.An alert can be given when the re-al-time value of voltage or current goes over the threshold-value,and the real-time values of voltage and current can be read back.A normal waveform can be seen through the FPGA function simulation,and the normal function of the circuit can be get through function testing experiment,an alert can be given,and the values of voltage and current read back are normal.
