摘 要:由于缺乏对配送区域的最高配送能力限制,皮革制造企业供应链调度效果不佳。对此,本文提出基于因子分析与非线性关系的皮革制造企业供应链物流调度优化方法。对供应链的调度模式进行分析,构建多式联运物流网络,结合物流网络的调度指标,对空间兼容量进行计算,表征配送区域的最高配送性能;以调度成本最低作为目标,构建供应链物流调度优化函数,并结合最大兼容量,设计约束条件;通过最优配送路径求解以及匹配,结合因子分析法对路径规划结果进行评价,输出最优调度方案。试验结果表明,采用所提方法后,调度方案的成本更低,具备更理想的调度效果。Due to the lack of maximum distribution capacity restrictions on distribution areas,the supply chain scheduling effect of leather manufacturing enterprises is poor.In this regard,a supply chain logistics scheduling optimization for leather manufacturing enterprises based on factor analysis and nonlinear relationships was proposed.The paper analyzed the scheduling mode of the supply chain,constructed a multimodal logistics network,combined the scheduling indicators of the logistics network,calculated the space and capacity,and characterized the highest distribution performance of the distribution area.The paper built an optimization function for supply chain logistics scheduling with the goal of minimizing scheduling costs,and designed constraints based on maximum capacity.By solving and matching the optimal delivery path,combined with factor analysis,the paper evaluated the path planning results and output the optimal scheduling plan.Experimental results show that the proposed method has lower cost and better scheduling effect.
