摘　　要：近年来,随着全球经济一体化趋势,各行各业均面临着前所未有的转型与升级压力。在这一背景下,皮革制造业作为历史悠久的传统产业,其转型升级之路更是尤为迫切。本文分析了皮革制造业在当前经济环境中技术创新的现状、知识产权保护方面的不足,明确提出了创新驱动对于皮革制造业转型升级的必要性。未来,皮革制造业将迎来更加广阔的发展空间和更加激烈的竞争态势。完善的法律保障制度将如同坚实的铠甲,为皮革制造业的创新之路保驾护航,助力其在新时代的浪潮中勇往直前。In recent years,with the trend of global economic integration,various industries are facing unprecedented pressure of transformation and upgrading.In this context,the leather manufacturing industry as a traditional industry with a long history,its transformation and upgrading is particularly urgent.This paper analyzed the status of technological innovation and the weakness of intellectual property protection in the current economic environment of the leather manufacturing industry,and clearly put forward the extreme necessity of innovation-driven transformation and upgrading of the leather manufacturing industry.In the future,the leather manufacturing industry will usher in a broader space for development and a more intense competitive situation.The perfect legal protection system will be like a solid armor,escorting the innovation road of the leather manufacturing industry and helping it move forward in the wave of the new era.
