摘　　要：鞋服产业是我国轻工业体系中的重要支柱性产业之一。本文对鞋服产业创新制造发展的必要性进行分析,认为在如今越来越严苛的法律环境下,鞋服产业必须以更大的决心开展创新制造。本文总结了绿色法律体系下鞋服产业创新制造发展的主要方向,从能源视角、绿色制造视角、绿色消费视角等角度进行了详细阐述,并以之为依据对绿色法律体系下鞋服产业的创新制造发展思路等进行分析,助力我国鞋服产业适应越来越严格的绿色法律体系。Footwear and clothing industry is one of the important pillar industries in Chinese light industry system.This paper analyzed the necessity of innovative manufacturing development in the footwear and clothing industry,and believed that in today's increasingly stringent legal environment,the footwear and clothing industry must carry out innovative manufacturing with greater determination.This paper summarized the main direction of innovative manufacturing development in the footwear and clothing industry under the green legal system.From the perspective of energy,green manufacturing,green consumption and other perspectives,this paper elaborated and analyzed the innovative manufacturing development ideas of the footwear and clothing industry under the green legal system,helping Chinese footwear and clothing industry to adapt to the increasingly strict green legal system.
