摘 要:制备了一种Mg-8Gd-5Nd-1.2Y-0.5Zr合金,并通过热处理对其进行加强,分别经过525℃+8 h固溶处理和225℃+12 h时效处理后,通过实验测试方式研究合金的微观组织和力学性能。研究结果表明:热处理后合金网络状树枝化合物在525℃下并不稳定,晶界和晶体中分布着条状和颗粒形态产物,Gd、Nd等元素的含量均有明显增加。与铸态试样相比,热处理后拉伸强度、屈服强度和延伸率均有显著增加,分别为29.6%、32.3%与20.4%,合金断口区域较粗糙,存在着许多断裂阶梯和裂纹,许多层状分布的裂缝缺陷。该研究有助于提高镁合金的综合性能,为后续的冶金效果提供一定的理论支撑。A Mg-8Gd-5Nd-1.2Y-0.5Zr alloy was prepared and strengthened by heat treatment.After solution treatment at 525℃+8 h and aging treatment at 225℃+12 h,the microstructure and mechanical properties of the alloy were studied through experimental testing.The research results indicate that the network like dendritic compounds of the alloy after heat treatment are not stable at 525℃,and strip and particle shaped products are distributed in the grain boundaries and crystals.The content of Gd,Nd and other elements has significantly increased.Compared with the as cast sample,the tensile strength,yield strength,and elongation after heat treatment have significantly increased,reaching 29.6%,32.3%,and 20.4%,respectively.The fracture area of the alloy is rougher,with many fracture steps and cracks,as well as many layered crack defects.This study contributes to improving the comprehensive performance of magnesium alloys and provides theoretical support for subsequent metallurgical effects.
