摘 要:偏析法是一种具有环保节能、高效、可大规模生产等优点的冶金方法。主要阐述了偏析法提纯原理,并利用偏析法对原铝进行提纯试验,研究铝液中的杂质含量和铝液提纯温度对原铝提纯效果的影响。结果表明,对原铝液进行硼化处理可以降低V和Ti对提纯锭纯度的影响;铝液的提纯温度在一定程度上影响提纯效果,提纯温度越高,提纯锭纯度越高。The segregation method was a metallurgical method with the advantages of environmental protection and energy saving,high efficiency and mass production.This paper introduced the principle of purification by the segregation method,presented a series of experiments aimed at purifying primary aluminum through the segregation method,and examined the impact of impurity levels in aluminum solutions and the temperature at which aluminum was purified on the effectiveness of the purification process for primary aluminum.The results demonstrated that the boronisation of primary aluminum liquid can mitigate the impact of V and Ti on the purity of the purified ingot.Furthermore,the purification temperature of the aluminum liquid exerted a discernible influence on the purification effect,with elevated temperatures imparting enhanced purification efficacy.
