摘 要:在工业生产过程中,采用了Nb+Ti进行强化的化学成分试制了热轧680 MPa级高扩孔钢,通过对冶炼、浇铸及轧制冷却等过程的工艺控制完成了热轧产品的生产,并在生产完成后对产品进行了组织及性能评估。评估结果表明,采用Nb+Ti微合金化进行强化的高扩孔钢显微组织为铁素体+贝氏体双相组织,表现出抗拉强度为734 MPa、屈服强度为596 MPa、延伸率A_(50 mm)为25.3%、扩孔率达到94%的良好综合性能。In the industrial production process,a hot-rolled 680 MPa grade high expansion steel was trial produced using a chemical composition reinforced with Nb+Ti.The production of hot-rolled products was completed through process control of smelting,casting,and rolling cooling,and the organization and performance evaluation of the products were carried out after production.The evaluation results indicate that the microstructure of the high expansion hole steel strengthened by Nb+Ti microalloying is a ferrite+bainite dual phase structure,exhibiting a tensile strength of 734 MPa,a yield strength of 596 MPa A_(50 mm)=25.3%,good comprehensive performance with a hole expansion rate of 94%.
