包辛格效应对不同钢级热轧管线屈服强度的影响研究

摘  要:在同热轧产线、制管产线下,分析对比不同钢卷热轧管线钢在螺旋埋弧焊制管前后屈服强度等性能的变化,探究不同钢级的包辛格效应变化规律,为热轧带钢的研发及后续制管使用提供支撑和帮助。研究结果表明,铁素体-珠光体管线钢(L290M~L415M)包辛格效应明显,随着微合金元素的增加,组织逐步转变为针状铁素体-珠光体(L485M)和针状铁素体+珠光体+粒状贝氏体组织(L555M),包辛格效应明显减轻。基于试验数据,给出了热轧钢卷屈服强度下限的控制方向。By analyzing and comparing the changes in yield strength and other properties of different hot-rolled pipeline steels before and after spiral submerged arc welding in the same hot rolling production line and pipe production line,this study explores the changes in Bausch-inger effect of different steel grades,providing support and assistance for the research and development of hot-rolled strip steel and subsequent pipe production.Analysis shows that the Bausch-inger effect is significant in ferrite pearlite pipeline steel(L290M~L415M).With the increase of microalloying elements,the microstructure gradually transforms into acicular ferrite pearlite(L485M)and acicular ferrite+pearlite+granular bainite microstructure(L555M),and the Bausch-inger effect is significantly reduced.Based on experimental data,the control direction for the lower limit of yield strength of hot-rolled steel coils is provided.
