摘 要:以Mg(OH)_(2)为原料,采用NaHCO_(3)碳化—煅烧工艺制备轻质氧化镁。考察了Mg(OH)_(2)液固比、m(NaHCO_(3))∶m(Mg(OH)_(2))、NaHCO_(3)质量浓度、反应温度与时间对前驱体产品质量的影响,探讨了煅烧温度与煅烧时间对MgO产品质量的影响。研究结果显示最佳工艺条件:反应温度80℃、m(NaHCO_(3))∶m(Mg(OH)_(2))为30∶19、ρ(NaHCO_(3))为47.5 g/L、Mg(OH)_(2)固液质量比15∶200、反应时间为1 h、煅烧温度850℃、煅烧时间1 h。在上述工艺条件下得到轻质MgO的纯度为99.1%,堆积密度达到0.22 g/mL。The technological conditions of preparing light magnesium oxide by sodium bicarbonate reacting with magnesium hydroxide-calcination has been studied.The effects of solid-liquid ratio of magnesium hydroxide,mass ratio of sodium bicarbonate to magnesium hydroxide,concentration of sodium bicarbonate,reaction temperature and time were researched,and the effects of calcination temperature and time also were researched.The optimum technological conditions were as follows:reaction temperature 80℃,mass ratio of magnesium hydroxide to sodium bicarbonate 30:19,concentration of sodium bicarbonate 47.5 g/L,solid-liquid ratio of magnesium hydroxide 15:200,reaction time was 1.5 h,calcination temperature 850℃,and calcination time 1 h.Under the above technological conditions,the purity and the bulk density of prepared light magnesium oxide are 99.1%and 0.22 g/mL,respectively.
