摘　　要：钢铁工业是中国发展初期的支柱行业,在未来发展过程中,中国对钢铁的需求量还在日益激增,因此钢铁工业对中国未来的发展依然意义重大。鉴于此,对电弧炉炼钢技术发展进行探讨,首先从国家发展的战略部署进行分析,并阐明了电弧炉炼钢在低碳、高效方面的冶炼新技术,而后介绍了国内某钢铁企业的电弧炉的设备参数、工艺路线及生产实践流程,通过热装铁水、喷吹碳粉及泡沫渣新技术得出了电弧炉的关键技术指标行业领先,最后对电弧炉炼钢技术的未来发展方向进行了展望。As the pillar industry of China's early development,in the future development process,China's demand for steel is still surging,so the steel industry is still an indispensable priority for China's future development.In view of this,the development of electric arc furnace steelmaking technology is discussed.First,the strategic deployment of national development is analyzed,and the new smelting technology of electric arc furnace steelmaking in low carbon and high efficiency is expounded.Then,the equipment parameters,process lines and production practice flow of electric arc furnace in a domestic iron and steel enterprise are introduced.Through the new technologies of hot charging molten iron,carbon powder injection and foam slag,the key technical indicators of electric arc furnace are advanced in the industry.Finally,the future development direction of electric arc furnace steelmaking technology is prospected.
