摘 要:为了进一步提升钢包滑动水口自开率,对影响钢包滑动水口自开率的因素展开分析。介绍了钢包引流砂不同的加入方法,重点论述了钢包引流砂自动填充技术的设备组成及工艺流程。国内某钢铁厂钢包热修车间使用钢包引流砂自动填充技术后,钢包自开率达到100%,引流砂消耗每炉可降低10 kg,降低了加砂过程的安全风险,显著提高了引流砂填充的自动化水平。In order to further improve the self opening rate of the sliding water nozzle of the ladle,the factors affecting the self opening rate of the ladle sliding water nozzle was analysed.The different methods of adding drainage sand to the ladle were introduced.The equipment composition and process flow of automatic filling technology for ladle drainage sand were discussed in detail.This technology was successfully applied in the ladle hot repair workshop of a domestic steel plant.The ladle self opening rate reached 100%after applying the technology.The consumption of drainage sand was reduced by 10 kg per furnace,which is significantly improving the automation level of drainage sand filling,reducing safety risks in the sand addition process,and enhancing the overall management level of ladles.
