摘  要:传统制造业制造Ti-6Al-4V具有复杂性高、成本高、废品率高等缺点,一直以来都是Ti-6Al-4V加工制造的关键挑战。电弧增材制造凭借其沉积效率高、成形尺寸不受限等优势广泛用于大型三维构件的快速成形。通过分析发现,改变金属丝形状可以避免在增材制造过程中产生的大柱状晶,增材制造与传统制造工艺结合还可以大大提高生产效率,对推动相关行业的发展具有重要意义。Traditional manufacturing of Ti-6Al-4V has the disadvantages of high complexity,high cost,and high scrap rate,which has always been a key challenge in the processing and manufacturing of Ti-6Al-4V.Arc additive manufacturing is widely used for rapid prototyping of large 3D components due to its advantages of high deposition efficiency and unrestricted forming size.Through analysis,it was found that changing the shape of metal wires can avoid the formation of large columnar crystals during additive manufacturing processes.The combination of additive manufacturing and traditional manufacturing processes can also greatly improve production efficiency,which is of great significance for promoting the development of related industries.
