摘  要:根据江苏长强钢铁有限公司连铸坯生产过程中所遇到的结晶器液面波动问题开展了系统跟踪和分析,结合液面波动曲线的特征深入探讨了结晶器液面波动产生的各项原因,并采取对应的控制措施,从设备、原辅料和操作等方面进行针对性优化和改善,最终将结晶器液面波动从平均每月160次降低至30次,连铸坯低倍和高倍合格率提升至99%以上,降低了铸坯废品率,同时钢铁料消耗降低2 kg/t,为连铸坯的稳定浇铸提供了保障。Based on the problem of crystallizer liquid level fluctuation encountered in the production process of continuous casting billets at Jiangsu Changqiang Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.,a systematic tracking and analysis was carried out.Combining the characteristics of the liquid level fluctuation curve,the various reasons for the occurrence of crystallizer liquid level fluctuation were deeply explored,and corresponding control measures were taken to optimize and improve the equipment,raw materials,and operations.Finally,the crystallizer liquid level fluctuation was reduced from an average of 160 times per month to 30 times,and the low and high pass rates of continuous casting billets were increased to over 99%,reducing the scrap rate of castings.At the same time,the consumption of steel materials was reduced by 2 kg/t,providing a guarantee for stable casting of continuous casting billets.
