摘  要:冶金机械传动系统是冶金工业中关键的设备组成部分,其动态特性直接影响设备的运行稳定性和使用寿命。从传动系统的动态特性出发,探讨影响该系统性能的因素,并对系统的动态响应进行分析。结合冶金机械实际应用,分析了传动系统振动产生的内部和外部原因,并提出了有效的振动抑制方法。通过采取结构设计优化、参数优化、振动控制技术以及运行维护措施,可有效提高冶金机械传动系统的动态性能,延长设备使用寿命,确保生产的高效性和安全性。The transmission system of metallurgical machinery is a key component of equipment in the metallurgical industry,and its dynamic characteristics directly affect the operational stability and service life of the equipment.Starting from the dynamic characteristics of the transmission system,this paper explores the factors that affect the performance of the system,and analyzes the dynamic response of the system.Based on the practical application of metallurgical machinery,the internal and external causes of vibration in the transmission system were analyzed,and effective vibration suppression methods were proposed.By adopting optimized structural design,parameter optimization,vibration control technology,and operation and maintenance measures,the dynamic performance of metallurgical machinery transmission systems can be effectively improved,the service life of equipment can be extended,and the efficiency and safety of production can be ensured.
