摘  要:烧结机烟气循环是一项有利于节能减排和能源高效利用的环保技术工艺,其主要目的是通过循环利用一部分热烟气来减少烧结烟气的总排放量,从而减轻除尘、脱硫、脱硝系统的负担,提高烧结过程的热利用率,并降低固体燃料的消耗。2021年4月,对安钢3号烧结机实施技改工程,完成了对烟气内循环系统的工艺改造。改造项目投入使用以来运行稳定,各项工艺指标均符合设计要求,对企业减排降耗起到了积极作用。主要阐述烧结机烟气循环系统的工艺原理及操作参数的确定,并对系统运行效果进行了分析。Sintering machine flue gas circulation is an environmentally friendly technology that is conducive to energy conservation,emission reduction,and efficient energy utilization.Its main purpose is to reduce the total emissions of sintering flue gas by recycling a portion of hot flue gas,thereby reducing the burden on dust removal,desulfurization,and denitrification systems,improving the heat utilization rate of the sintering process,and reducing the consumption of solid fuel.In April 2021,the technical renovation project of Angang No.3 sintering machine was implemented,and the process transformation of the flue gas internal circulation system was completed.Since the renovation project was put into use,it has operated stably and all process indicators meet the design requirements,playing a positive role in reducing emissions and consumption for the enterprise.This article mainly elaborates on the process principle and determination of operating parameters of the sintering machine flue gas circulation system,and analyzes the operating effect of the system.
