摘  要:某钢厂生产的厚规格钢板表面在轧制完成后产生了局部横向月牙形裂纹,经过大量统计,再结合生产工艺、设备、取样显微组织观察等,对钢板表面裂纹产生原因进行了研究。结果表明:钢板表面裂纹始于精轧阶段,主要由于轧机高压水除鳞聚集,机后横梁水排布导致表面局部过冷,使延展性不一致在轧制过程中产生轧裂。并根据产生原因制定了改进措施。Local transverse crescence cracks occurred on the surface of thick gauge steel plate produced by a steel plant after rolling.After a lot of statistics,combined with production technology,equipment and sampling microstructure observation,the causes of cracks on the surface of steel plate were studied.The results show that the surface cracks of the steel plate start from the finishing rolling stage,mainly due to the accumulation of high pressure water descaling and the local supercooling of the surface caused by the water distribution of the cross beam at the back of the mill,which leads to the rolling cracks caused by the inconsistency of ductility.According to the causes,the improvement measures are made.
