摘  要:针对连退带钢表面缺陷需通过人为感知评价而无法量化评估的问题,从风险预测角度出发,详细介绍了一种表面缺陷趋势评价模型,以实现连退带钢表面缺陷趋势评价及钢卷自动分级功能,并进行了人工判定与钢卷自动分级拟合验证。In this paper,aiming at the problem that the surface defects of continuous strip steel can not be quantitatively evaluated by human perception,a surface defect trend evaluation model is introduced in detail from the point of view of risk prediction,in order to realize the function of surface defect trend evaluation and automatic classification of steel coil,and the manual judgment and automatic classification fitting of steel coil are verified.
