摘 要:基于人工对连铸板坯表面检测效率低、检测环境恶劣及劳动强度大的情况,介绍了板坯表面缺陷在线检测系统设计原理及现场改造情况,板坯表面缺陷在线检测系统投入使用后板坯下线量大幅度减少、天车倒料次数降低,提高了板坯热送率,检验缺陷检出率≥95%,缺陷误检率≤2.0%,不仅改善了工作环境和降低了人工的劳动强度,还提升了整体管理水平。This article focuses on the low efficiency,harsh environment,and high labor intensity of manual surface inspection of continuous casting slabs,introduced the design principle and on-site modification of the online detection system for surface defects of slab,the online detection system for surface defects of slab has been put into use,resulting in a significant reduction in the amount of slab produced,the frequency of material pouring by the overhead crane has been reduced,which has improved the hot delivery rate of the slab,the defect detection rate is≥95%,and the defect false detection rate is≤2.0%,not only has it reduced the working environment and labor intensity,but it has also enhanced the overall management level.
