摘  要:分析了线材精轧轧辊锥套故障产生的原因主要有锥套装配精度问题、锥套磨损量问题、锥套加工工艺问题,并针对每个问题提出了解决方案。通过规范装配步骤及方法、制作使用专用量具、改进锥套材质、提高锥套加工精度解决了轧辊锥套故障问题,现在已基本杜绝锥套事故的发生,备件费用大大降低,生产效率得到有效提升。This article analyzes the reasons for the failure of cone sleeves in wire rod finishing mill rolls,mainly due to issues with the assembly precision of cone sleeves,wear and tear on the cone sleeves,and the machining process of the cone sleeves.It proposes solutions for each issue,including standardizing assembly steps and methods,manufacturing and using specialized measuring tools,improving the material of the cone sleeves,and enhancing the machining precision of the cone sleeves.These measures have effectively resolved the problems associated with roll neck cone sleeves,significantly reducing the occurrence of cone sleeve accidents,substantially lowering spare parts costs,and effectively boosting production efficiency.
