社会限制对髋关节置换术后老年患者自我忽视的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨社会隔离与抑郁在社会限制影响髋关节置换术后老年患者自我忽视中的作用。方法采用社会限制量表、社会网络量表-6、抑郁自评量表和老年人自我忽视问卷对489名髋关节置换术后老年患者进行调查。结果社会隔离(21.18±7.28)和抑郁(45.18±8.91)在社会限制(39.57±8.16)与自我忽视(12.85±3.84)之间呈中介效应,社会限制通过三条路径影响自我忽视:一是社会隔离的单独中介效应(β=0.17,P<0.05);二是抑郁的单独中介效应(β=0.14,P<0.05);三是社会隔离-抑郁的链式中介效应(β=0.07,P<0.05)。结论社会限制正向影响术后老年患者的自我忽视,并通过影响社会隔离和抑郁间接起作用。Objective To explore the influence mechanism of social isolation and depression between effects of social constraint on self-neglect by aged patients after hip replacement surgery.Methods Totally 489 aged patients after hip replacement surgery were investigated with social constraint scale,lubben social network scale-6,self-rating depression scale and elderly self-ignorance questionnaire.Results Patients’social isolation(21.18±7.28)and depression(45.18±8.91)played a mediating role between social constraint(39.57±8.16)and self-neglect(12.85±3.84).Specifically,social constraint affected self-neglect in three ways:one was the single mediating role of social isolation(β=0.17,P<0.05);the second was the single mediating role of depression(β=0.14,P<0.05),and the third was the chain mediating role of social isolation-depression(β=0.07,P<0.05).Conclusion Patients’social constraint not only positively affects self-neglect,but also can affect self-neglect by influencing social isolation and depression.
