锁定钢板联合缝线锚钉加强固定治疗肱骨近端骨折的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 观察锁定钢板联合缝线锚钉加强固定治疗肱骨近端骨折的临床疗效。方法 100例肱骨近端骨折患者,采用数字随机表法分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组采用钢板内固定治疗,观察组采用锁定钢板联合缝线锚钉加强固定治疗。比较两组术后大结节不良事件发生率、Neer评分。结果 观察组术后大结节不良事件发生率为2.00%,显著低于对照组的16.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组疼痛、功能、活动范围、解剖复位评分分别为(30.56±3.20)、(25.26±3.26)、(22.75±1.24)、(8.65±0.18)分,均高于对照组的(28.23±2.52)、(23.29±3.15)、(20.73±1.22)、(7.65±0.19)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 锁定钢板联合缝线锚钉加强固定治疗肱骨近端骨折的临床疗效显著,可降低大结节不良事件发生率,提高Neer评分,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of locking plate combined with suture anchor enhanced fixation for the treatment of proximal humerus fracture.Methods A total of 100 patients with proximal humerus fracture were divided into a control group and an observation group by random numerical table,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with plate internal fixation,and the observation group was treated with locking plate combined with suture anchor enhanced fixation.The incidence of postoperative macronodular adverse events and Neer score were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of postoperative macronodular adverse events in the observation group was 2.00%,which was significantly lower than 16.00% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of pain,function,range of motion and anatomical reduction in the observation group were(30.56±3.20),(25.26±3.26),(22.75±1.24) and(8.65±0.18) points,which were higher than(28.23±2.52),(23.29±3.15),(20.73±1.22) and(7.65±0.19) points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The locking plate combined with suture anchor enhanced fixation has significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of proximal humerus fracture,which can reduce the incidence of macronodular adverse events and improve the Neer score,and is worthy of clinical application.
